Description
The Town of Minto will complete significant data enhancements and asset management training. The improvements to data will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of the Town’s asset information and effectively plan for future maintenance and budgets based on data driven decisions. Enhancing data will be critical in planning processes and in advancing planning and budgeting processes. Further, Asset Management training will assist in having more involvement from staff from across the organization and integrating Asset Management practices in the Town’s day-to-day processes.
