Description
These projects are designed to update our asset data and provide improved organizational understandingof asset management. With this new capacity, we will be able to make better informed infrastructureinvestment and management decisions. The development of a holistic asset management programrequires several key steps including the development of a strategic asset management policy andcomprehensive asset management plan, as well as the implementation of a software system to houseand update our asset information. The proposed projects will aide in the implementation of acomprehensive and sustainable asset management program in Machar now and into the future.
