The Town of Trochu will establish the foundation of a long-term functioning Asset Management systemthrough the following activities:- Purchase effective Asset Management software;- Assess the condition of municipal roads, water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure, sidewalks, equipment, and facilities;- Build an Asset Management Operation and Maintenance Framework.These activities represent the initial phase of a two-phase Asset Management project
