Description
The District of Kent will undertake the development of a risk and lifecycle framework, condition assessment protocols, a data governance policy and undergo training and an AM policy review. The development of these frameworks and protocols will allow the District to gain an advanced understanding of its assets’ performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, this greater understanding and more holistic picture of asset data will assist in long-term planning and report development. Finally, the policy review and data governance policy will ensure effective program development and consistent data.
