Description
The Town of Oromocto will purchase the City Works software and provide training to its staff to enhance its asset management capacity. They Town will develop an Asset Lifecycle Model through a workshop and also do a Risk Management Plan and Risk Register. Town staff will work with local engineering firm to document their current level of service and summarize their inventory of assets. Included in the inventory will be the assignment of a condition rating, risk rating and replacement cost. This information will be used to develop the Provincial Asset Management Phase 1 Plan.
