Description
St. Clair Township will finalize the Asset Management Plan incorporating community survey results that will incorporate revised asset condition data and include asset level of service, life cycle cost vs current budget variances and revised details to meet the Ontario Asset Management regulations.The Township will also initiate a Tangible Capital Asset process and consolidation asset inventory data. financial asset inventory data will be integrated into the Asset Management tool inventory to establish a single Asset Inventory eliminating data gaps that exist between the two systems. The Tangible Capital Asset processes will then be applied to provide for financial manipulation and reporting.
