Description
The objective of this project is for the Township to collect detailed data on the existing conditions of itspaved roads and sanitary sewers. This will aid in improving the extent of information that is available onthe condition of these assets within the Township's Asset Management Plan. Current conditionassessments are based on life cycle replacement strategies. Based on the strategy, it has beendetermined that the majority of the Township’s sanitary infrastructure is approaching its end of life. It iscritical for the Township to determine this infrastructure's current physical state in order to moreappropriately determine life cycle expectations for its growing community.
