Description
To further our planning capacity, we are seeking to spend the next year making asset management a targeted focus of all City departments. We will complete condition assessments for assets and create and improve records for historical infrastructure where records are lacking. We will develop internal reports with multi-year plans for the maintenance and replacement of roads, sidewalks, and water and sewer infrastructure, which will be the foundation of a complete asset management plan to be developed over the next few years.
