Description
The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) will develop basic asset management practices focused on improving service delivery quality and sustainability, for all services. TNRD will develop an asset registry and will prepare guiding documents and longer term financial plans for utilities and facilities. This project will produce a State of the Infrastructure Dashboard, a Long Term Asset Renewal Plan, and an Asset Management Plan. This will result in an organizational starting point for development of an Improvement Plan to build support within the Board of Directors, and the organization, for continued development of Asset Management practices across the organization.
