Description
The Rural Municipality of Rockwood and its partner municipalities will accomplish three goals through this project: share a regional resource person who will assist in developing asset management governance programs, improve asset data, and complete training to increase capacity regarding asset management within each jurisdiction. The regional resource person will be a full time individual shared by all partners who will uniquely assist each partner in establishing a plan and expanding its use and understanding throughout the organization. At the same time, individual municipalities will be expanding capacity through training, data register information improvements, GIS and software enhancements, customer service surveys and risk analysis.
