Description
The Town of Bishops Falls will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1 (Inventory) includes creating an asset register for the Town’s fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing a geographical information system as far as possible. Phase 2 (Prioritization) includes prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure. Phase 3 (Strategy) will include an Asset Management Policy and implementation strategy with the focus on high priority assets.
