Description
The The Corporation of the Village of Alert Bay will develop an Asset Management Plan that will identify an ideal asset replacement funding target for the Village’s assets at the end of their life. Additionally, along-term financial strategy will be developed to bridge the current asset replacement funding gap. As a result of the project, the Village will identify the impact of the current gap, which will allow the organizationto move towards a financially sustainable future.
