Description
In order to work towards compliance with provincial regulations, The Township of Dorion will undertake thedevelopment of an asset management policy, asset condition rating criteria, and data collection tools, aswell as complete an asset management and data maturity assessment. These activities will assist theTownship with identifying both its overall organization gaps in asset management but also where its datagaps exist. In addition, the Township of Dorion will have better outlined roles and responsibilities via itsasset management policy. This new capacity will ensure that the town are building an effective assetmanagement program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
