Description
The Town will develop an AM plan, condition assessment protocols and undergo data enhancements. The AM plan development, protocols and enhancements will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The development of the AM plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of the AM program. Further, data enhancements and condition protocols will be a critical piece in continuing to advance asset data and collecting accurate asset information.
