Description
The Village of Codette will establish an asset Management Strategy and complete the condition assessment of its assets and infrastructure. This information will inform the development of the Village’s asset management plan ultimately improving budgeting and capital planning processes. This will be further reinforced by establishing a strategy to address the decision-making approaches, roles and responsibilities of Council, Administration, and Staff, and how the asset management program will be monitored and evaluated over time
