Description
The Upper Assiniboine River Conservation District will Implement a "watershed approach" to mapping and managing public storm water assets (culverts). Water does not respect municipal boundaries, therefore the Conservation District will work at a watershed scale to achieve a collaborative, harmonized and cost effective approach to managing this municipal asset class amongst and within municipal regions. By collecting physical location and condition data sets, each municipality can then plan, maintain and budget for these assets accordingly.
