Description
The Town of Innisfail will formalize its activities for implementing an asset management program throughout the organization in accordance with its adopted policy by completing the Innisfail Asset Management Strategy & Inventory Enhancement project. This will include the creation of an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap, which will provide clear objectives, steps and responsibilities for various team members. These documents will support the education and training of Council, staff and the public about the Asset Management approach to decision-making and community sustainability.
