Description
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville shall prepare and adopt an AM strategy, including developingpolicies, updating its 2014 plan, incorporating all assets and infrastructure into the plan, update the assetdata and condition, service levels, performance data, life-cycle costing, and financial data. The project shallalso include the preparation of a financial tool for long-term financial planning purposes - enable theCounties to undertake 'what if' or predictive analysis and forecasting. The final strategy will identify howthe plan and policies shall be evaluated and maintained in-house, including the use of any technology (i.e.software applications).
