Description
The city of Woodstock will inspect various building components such as roof, interior, electrical/mechanical and internal structure and provide current condition rating of these components for each building that is inspected. Municipal staff will work with consultants to provide short and long-term recommendations to maintain or improve current levels of service and will also establish financial framework for the maintenance needs for a sustainable and acceptable level of service. Finally, municipal staff will draft an Asset Management Roadmap and provide an asset management awareness training for the staff and council.
