Description
The Town of Trochu will improve asset data by implementing enterprise GIS software, developing condition assessment protocols, and participating in asset management training. Ensuring the Town has accurate asset data will lead to more data driven decisions on asset maintenance and throughout our budgeting process. Training and staff dedication to asset management priorities will facilitate entrenching asset management practices within the Town. Further, the implementation of GIS software will provide a more holistic view of the Town’s assets and identify problem areas and will be critical in advancing the asset management program.
