Description
The City Market Energy upgrades The building envelop along with the HVAC, lighting control, mechanical and plumbing systems have exceeded their life expectancy, are inefficient, and do not meet the building code requirements thus causing public safety concerns. The proposed systems upgrades are expected to preserve the building’s integrity, increase its life expectancy by 30+ years and reduce GHG emission by about 83% or 377 CO2 tones from the baseline and reduce energy costs by over $47,000 including over $50,000 in annual maintenance cost.
