Description
The Town of Millet has no formal asset management program. The town is now in risk of providing insufficient level of service to ratepayers within the current budget. The town will focus on asset management as we are facing the realities of the aging infrastructure, which was not previously planned for replacement.In this project the town will centralize asset information in a database focusing on road, water & sewer network, and building asset classes, set up a robust asset management policy, strategy, and plan, and train staff to improve in-house asset management capacity.
