Description
Through this project, Thorhild County will embark into it’s first year Asset Management Program (AMP) Initiative.The County will plan to improve its asset management (AM) capacity by first developing the start of the County’s AM vision, mission and purpose by establishing guiding policies, rules and goals and distinguishing the requirements for its AM needs and risks. The development of an Organizational Strategic Plan will bring stakeholders overall commitment, dedication and purpose collectively.Strategies for the county new AM Policy will outline the basis for defining parameters, directional needs and constructive frameworks for measuring and monitoring; inventory, performance and financial data; documentation standards, investment plans, training goals and networking (knowledge sharing) protocols.Bringing the AMP components together will have initiated the basis with defined Objectives for monitoring and measuring outcomes of the County specific assets, asset systems and AM systems.
