Description
The Village of Carmacks proposes to have a detailed inspection and assessment of assets conducted and a review of current and historical maintenance practices and competencies. These will be used develop an updated Asset Management Plan that incorporates the more detailed condition assessment insights to build on the existing Asset Management Plan. This would focus on assessing lifecycle needs and required investment in both operating and capital. In future phases of this work, it would incorporate the developed maintenance plans into the Asset Management Plan.
