Description
Through this project, the Town of Greater Napanee will develop an AM strategy and an AM plan (addressing roads, bridges, water and wastewater). The development of the AM plan and strategy will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The AM plan and strategy will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the overall understanding of the asset management program in order to build sustainable ongoing practices.
