Description
The Rural Municipality of Browning will develop and implement an Asset Management program to improve its organizational competencies in the areas of: policy and governance; people and leadership; and supporting data and information objectives. The RM will establish an asset management committee, develop supporting terms of reference, and develop an asset management policy to guide introduction of Asset Management. The RM will inspect and assess its most critical assets - primary transportation assets. This inspection activity will provide the data foundation for future asset management initiatives.
