Description
"This project will focus on building staff capacity to develop an Asset Management Investment Plan for the
RDNO Small Water Systems, Small Sewer, and Solid Waste functions. Each of these functions is self sustaining through direct user fees, hence require support in building staff capacity for asset management.
As a first step forward, the RDNO supported the Greater Vernon Water function in initiating its asset
management program in 2015. Based on its success the RDNO Board wishes to move forward with asset
management for these other regional functions as they operate as separate entities. "
