The Municipality intends to develop a Comprehensive Asset Management Plan, for all asset classes, as astrategic document that states how the Municipality’s assets are to be managed over a period of time. ThePlan will describe the current characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of serviceexpected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, andfinancing strategies to implement the planned actions, along with ongoing monitoring and plan updaterequirements.
