Description
The Town of Eastport will implement a three-phase Asset Management project. Phase 1 will be creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and utilizing using a Geographical Information System (GIS). Asset groups to be captured are the Town's water, sewer, storm, and road networks as well at its buildings and facilitates.In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure and critical asset will be identified. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets (identified in Phase 2) and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
