Description
The Township of Huron-Kinloss will conduct data collection including condition assessments, and GIS data, extensive reporting processes for current and accurate asset data. The method of collection is through objective sensor-based surface condition data, to achieve a PCI and an SCI. Data will be processed using machine learning, artificial intelligence and human-based quality control. The information collected will allow for optimal decision-making and efficient use of tax dollars. The program will achieve the Township’s strategic plan goals for safe and well-maintained roads.
