Description
The staff and elected officials of Flatrock recognize the importance of developing an asset management program. They are keen to establish a measured approach to maintain assets and work towards informed decision making, instead of reactive operations.This funding will support the Town's initiative to formalize an asset management program across the organization, establish the current level of service, and further develop their roads, facilities and storm water database. The data will be added to the GIS database and help the Town understand future spending requirements. The data will be georeferenced and the database will include pertinent attributes, such as physical parameters, age, condition, and replacement costs.
