Description
The Town recognizes the importance of an effective AM program and plans to begin to formalize an AMprogram by developing a basic set of objectives and define AM benefits and outcomes. The Town plansto engage the services of Town Engineering firm, CBCL Limited, to develop an Asset Inventory databaseby compiling existing record data (drawings and record books) complemented by anecdotal informationfrom staff and field verified. Field work will also be used to determine the condition of each asset. Assetgroups to be reviewed in this project include roads, water, sanitary and storm.
