Description
This project aims to develop an updated asset management plan. The benefits of this activity include a current assessment of all County assets, a 10-year capital plan that identifies projects to be completed by year with the applicable costs, and a new financial plan which will indicate required funding to accomplish the service levels established. Completion of the updated asset management plan will build capacity for County staff at all levels of the organization. The adoption of a new plan will also result in elevating Council’s awareness and commitment to asset management best practices.
