The program promotes removal of single occupant vehicles from the road during commuting hours byhaving commuters take alternative public transit and then drive a Station Car to/from work. The program will reducegreenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; decrease fuel use; reduce traffic congestion, etc. The feasibility study will also collectdata and create a model for application in other areas of the country.
