Description
The Village of Foremost will hire a consultant to assist the in achieving the following:• Conduct a basic GIS inventory of sanitary, water, storm and road infrastructure using existing sources of information;• Develop an Asset Replacement Forecast to estimate roads, water, sanitary and storm capital infrastructure replacement cost estimates, and timing;• Update the 3 to 5 year Asset Management Strategy through a facilitated workshop;• Conduct a Joint Council Education session with the County Forty Mile and Town of Bow Island to increase their understanding, importance, benefits, and concepts of Asset Management;• Increase knowledge of GIS and Asset Management best practices;• Identify software needs and options.
