Description
The Rural Municipality of Sasman will produce an Asset Management Plan for all 10 buildings owned by the Rural Municipality. The Rural Municipality will review all building assets and create a gap analysis report. The Rural Municipality will develop a 5 year strategic plan and update job descriptions. The Rural Municipality will create a 5 year capital plan, an evaluation of building assets report, and a level of service for buildings evaluation report. The Rural Municipality will update the asset registry for buildings and a location listing report for buildings.
