Description
The Municipality of St. Charles will capture critical information on all major linear assets along withWastewater and Storm Rate Study, Road Needs Study, Roads Optimization Report and an updated AssetManagement Plan. This will encompass the acquisition of software and development of standard operatingprocedures for the use of that software; updates to the Municipality’s Asset Management Plan together withan asset management need/gap assessment; and the completion of the rate, needs, and optimizationreports.
