Description
The Town of Gillam has recognized gaps in its asset management system and infrastructure data.Following the direction of council, the Town has begun an in-house asset management strategy to prepare to fulfill the following objectives: 1. Collect and compile asset information into one central system, including digitizing old asset maps into the database;2. Develop and implement a physical asset management plan framework; and,3. Conduct asset management training on how to collect and maintain this data.
