Description
The Township will implement CityWide Maintenance Manager software and undergo training. This will streamline processes and capture relevant data to provide effective asset information. The implementation of work order software will facilitate an advanced understanding of the Townships' asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance and replacement based on data driven decisions. Further, the implementation of software and systems training will be a critical piece in continuing to advance the Township's asset data and have more involvement from staff across the organization in asset management planning.
