Description
The Township of St. Joseph will collect objective, sensor-based surface condition data for all roads and sidewalks. The Township will analyze the data to assess the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Sidewalk Condition Index (SCI), road classification, depreciation and cost/benefit analysis. The analysis will be done through the purchase of Streetlogix software, which will also generate maintenance suggestions and repair prioritizations, and allow for budgeting, planning and asset management analysis.
