Description
The Rural Municipality of Birch Hills No. 460 will develop an Asset Management Plan that will include detailed data collection of the existing municipal infrastructure through topographic surveys and condition assessments. The data collected will be compiled into comprehensive asset maps of all roads, culverts, water, sanitary sewer and drainage systems. Data collection and condition assessments will be performed on linear assets (all manholes, valves, hydrants, culverts, and centreline of roads). The RM will prepare a comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP) including strategic planning regarding construction, maintenance, renewal and replacement of assets, and up to date valuations of infrastructure assets.
