Description
The Township of Langley will update an Infrastructure Asset Management Plan. The infrastructure assets managed by the Township’s Engineering Division comprises of transportation, stormwater, sewer, water, facilities, fleet and parks. Individual Asset Management Plans were developed for each department in 2008 and improvement actions were identified in order to continue their development. The renewal of these plans will address these actions, provide new action points as well as incorporate the new Asset Management Governance, Framework Policy, Draft Levels of Service, Pilot Operational Levels of Service and other supporting documentation as necessary. Phase 1 of the project will focus on renewing the Infrastructure Asset Management Plan for Stormwater Infrastructure.
