Description
The Rural Municipality of Moose Mountain No. 63 project includes improvement to asset inventory data and collection of asset condition information for 671 km (491 1-mile sections) of road, supporting the development of the first Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (AMP). The AMP will include roads, 3 bridges, 86 large culverts, 1 municipal truck, 4 municipal buildings and various public works vehicles and equipment. One Fire Hall building and various fire fighting vehicles and equipment will also be included. The R.M. will compile opportunities for improvement during development of the AMP and use this to develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap; supporting continuous improvement following completion of the project. The R.M. will also improve its current Asset Management Policy
