Description
The Town of Elrose wishes to support their ongoing asset management program and this project aims to complete the condition assessment of the sanitary sewer main network (approx. 2,500 metres). Combining this data with the previously completed condition assessments, the Town aims to establish an overall Asset Management Plan. The Town aims to better understand the current state of linear infrastructure and identify the desired (targeted) levels of service for these assets. This information will play a role in identifying the infrastructure funding gap. The project will continue to centralize the Town's asset data into a GIS-based system by adding new data points. Centralizing asset data aims to capture knowledge from Public Works in a format that can be communicated to staff and Council as part of improving recordkeeping procedures
