Description
The Village of Frobisher will improve asset inventory data by collecting information on asset condition. The data will support the development of the first asset management plan (AMP) which cover all assets such as roads, water, sewer, and buildings. The village will also compile opportunities for improvement during the development of the AMP to use in implementation an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap, supporting continuous improvement following completion of the project.
