Description
The Village of Telkwa has started work on developing its asset management processes, and needs to continue the development of its asset information, policies, goals and objectives to develop a sustainable plan to provide services in the community. Through this project the Village will develop a draft Asset Management Policy that will be used to engage the community in the development of the Village asset management goals and strategies. The project will also address gaps in the Village asset information and support the development of a GIS dataset that will support the long-term management of its water and sewer assets. This information will be used to update the Village long term financial plan to improve itsunderstanding of what will be required to provide sustainable utility services to the community
