Transforming the Baie Verte high school into a new regional community centre based on a feasibility study with AMEC Foster-Wheeler, a report comprised of a comprehensive list of the building’s deficiencies and areas of improvement that can effectively address all outstanding issues, and transform this currently defunct building into an energy efficient and safe space for the residents of Baie Verte to come together.
