Description
The Village of Salisbury will create a Capital Asset Management Plan for its infrastructure. It will consist ofthe review of existing PSAB 3150 infrastructure data in the municipality and data gaps will be addressedthrough review of record drawings and field data collection. Asset condition will be established through acombination of visual inspection (roads, sewer, facilities) and age based methods. The compiled informationwill allow the prioritization of assets based on the level of service with regards to the performance of eachasset as well as the creation of a capital investment strategy. Finally, the gathered information will be placedin a decision-making document to be frequently referenced, revised and updated.
