Description
The Township will implement an Asset Management maturity assessment and undertake training and a road needs study. These activities will provide an understanding of the program/data gaps and enhanced asset data, to allow the Township to gain an advanced understanding of asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. A broader understanding of overarching AM best practice will ensure the Township is putting in place effective processes, which will enable ongoing advancements to the program.
