Description
The purpose of this project is for Saddle Hills County to develop an Active Asset Management Plan in orderto better manage asset planning and capital projects. The County will undertake the assessments ofexisting assets (roads, bridges. water & sewer infrastructure, communication towers, buildings. machinery & equipment and vehicles) as represented by our tangible capital asset schedules, then analyze their current state and expected level of service and develop as asset management strategy. Once an AMstrategy is developed. the County will develop an active 20-year asset management plan.
